Claws? Horns? and Sculpture

A snow sculpture - perhaps a gift from the VW Snow Queen - Her version of Rodin's Thinker? Or maybe she just has a thing for Homer Simpson, DOH !

The answer to Claws? Horns? is most likely Horns. The marks start at the "bottom and go up". If I were a bear, I would claw downward...(keeping in mind that I am NOT a Bear )...
