Date Squares!
Mom! The no fail date squares I made the other day...Yummm! And the banana bread turned out OK accept that I need to learn to leave it alone until almost done. I think I opened the oven too soon and the loaf fell in the middle.
PS I am looking for a good partridge recipe. Anyone out there have one to share?

I take the brest and roll it in flour salt and pepper and pan fry, don't cook it to long hot oil and a few min on each side , mmmm , got 3 last weekend , nice snack for lunch

Re the banana bread - some times there is a difference between ovens, temperature-wise. Maybe you should give it a bit longer!!!! Date swuares look yummy! sjc
