Grouse For Supper

Another successful walk in the woods! Grouse for supper, for sure! After looking for recipes on line I decided to take Mike B's suggestion on how to prepare and cook. Grouse has a very delicate taste. Very similar to chicken but oh so easy to overcook. Timing is everything. I got it right the first time! Thanks Mike!
