My First Snow Bunting...

According to one of our Bird Books, Mr. Snow Bunting, pictured here and I quote, "Stays in large flocks throughout the Winter, roosting on ground or perching on telephone wires."

This guy must be lost. He appears to be without Flock. A solitary soul. He prefers to enter the feeding tray when it is deserted. Early morn or at dusk. He takes to high perches overlooking the tray where he can watch the comings and goings of other birds.
