The Party
No Party is complete without the guest of honour. Here she is! And not looking a day over 65, heh, Mom? Many people came to wish Mom a Happy 80th...Friends, nieghbours, the Bridge Club and family shared a most pleasant afternoon. Lots of good food and wine made by the Black Family Winery. If you went away hungry, it was your own fault or you might have been sticking to your diet!
Congratulations to the Planning Committee. They did a superb job. Only one little boo-boo. The day and date didn't match on the invitation. Oh well, the best laid plans, eh! Only one or two people got caught on that one. I have whittled down the best of the pictures to a few featured below. Some people are just not photogenic and that is why you might not see yourself here. I could blame it all on the camera operator, but NOT!
Shirley is waiting for the word that it is OK to cut the cake.

Many Cards and Flowers from well wishers...
