Taking George For A Walk...

George is not getting any thinner...in spite of his controlled diet. Maybe some exercise would be in order. George does not get out in Winter because his "clothes line" is otherwise occupied and he can't roam on the line. So I wondered if he would walk on lead...On went his halter and line and out the door we went. To my surprise, George was game and he let me lead him about.

Kita, on the other hand was not impressed. Buried in snowbanks around the yard are Kita's prized cookies and he is very possessive about his things! Especially, when George takes an interest in them.

Obviously, in this picture, we came close to a hidden treasure. Note Kita's stance. "Back Off"


Yup, we were definitely too close, so Kita began to dig up his treasure to move it to a place that George would never find!

George is saying..."Why bother, dude. Who in their right mind would want your frozen treat?"
